I made this last week, and it was delicious. I let my gravy cook a little longer, and it thickened up more!! It is so good I have made it for lunches, quick and easy! Love the 2 minute biscuit too! 🙂 Ultimately I love the macro breakdown too. Less thinking I have to do!!

I am anti microwave. But the recipe works great in the oven at 375 for about 12 to 14 minutes.
