Brandon Clark is the production manager here at Keto Brick! Prior to working with us, he had been with the police force for 15 years. During that time he developed PTSD which has improved significantly since starting Keto. We dive into how the diet has changed his life from a performance standpoint and also from a psychological standpoint. He and his wife have five kids so we dive into his parenting style and how he's been able to impact their nutrition and the health of the household. We also dive deep into his training style which involves nothing more than resistance bands and bodyweight! Brandon is an amazing human, and a great asset to our team!
