Keto Bison Chorizo Chili

KETO BISON CHORIZO CHILI DESCRIPTION:

This recipe takes the guesswork out of your nutrition!  It's super simple to prepare and packed full of quality macros and micronutrients.  Unlike a lot of chorizo meats that are filled with the "scraps", this one  uses premier ingredients!  The fat ratio is higher relative to protein which makes it a perfect option for hitting your ketogenic nutritional goals!

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 lb bison chorizo
  2. 1 C Marinara (We use Rao's brand for the lower carbs
  3. 1 can green chile peppers
  4. 1 can jalapeno peppers
  5. 1 package of cream cheese
  6. ΒΌ lb Beef Bacon
  7. Seasonings as desired


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fry up bacon until it's crispy
  2. Cook in bison until it's just shy of fully cooked
  3. Melt in the cream cheese
  4. Stir in chili peppers and jalapeno peppers to saute
  5. Pour in your marinara sauce
  6. Add desired seasonings
  7. Simmer for a few minutes or for several hours on very low heat
  8. Enjoy!
