Life is a funny thing, you're born into it, forced to make a life for yourself, and then you die.  The birth and death is guaranteed, the only thing you control is how you live.

My Story:  I'm Robert Orion Sikes, I'm a lifetime natural competitive bodybuilder.  I started this site to help motivate and educate others about the importance of following your passions and getting the results you want.  I wake up early, I work my A@$ off and I see results.  I'm no different than you, any success I've experienced this far is attainable from anybody willing to put in the work.  We live in an era where everything is automatic, everything is superficial, and everything is expected for nothing.  That life does not create greatness, it destroys it.  This site will empower those who crave intensity, dedication, discipline, hard work, and sacrifice.

What Is The Keto Diet?  The Ketogenic Diet is a high-fat, low-carb diet that forces the body to burn ketones for fuel.  Unlike other low-carb diets in which the body is basically being starved for lack of glycogen, the keto diet changes the way energy is produced in the body.  The keto diet allows the body to burn stored fat for fuel rather than converting carbohydrates to glucose.  In Ketosis you will experience:

  • A significant increase in energy
  • Much less water retention
  • Fat loss
  • Greater stamina
  • Crisper cognitive thinking.
  • Consistent state of "Beast Mode"

Online Coaching:  As mentioned above, I am a lifetime natural competitive bodybuilder.  I have seen great success since the start of my bodybuilding journey in 2010.  I started out at a measly 115 lbs in Highschool and have since bulked to 230 lbs in college at the age of 21.  I lost 70 of those pounds in 3 months training for my first competition which I won.

I've learned a lot since then and have maintained a lean physique year round, no longer doing the crazy bulking and cutting sessions.  I competed in two competitions in 2015, winning my class in the Northwest Natural.  I've decided to not compete in 2016, instead I will focus on putting on some quality muscle and bringing a better package to the 2017 season.  I have been Keto-Adapted for the past year and have experienced significant strength, and mass gains during that time.  While on a keto diet, I have been able to eat a calorie surplus while not putting on any unnecessary body fat.  I currently am leaner than I have ever been in an off-season, my lifts increase each weak, and my morale is much bette.  I attribute a lot of this to the Keto Diet.

I'd love to have the opportunity to share what I've learned with others and play an active role in helping them reach their fitness goals as well.  My online coaching grants me the opportunity to do just that.  I believe the Keto Diet is superior to alternative dieting methods and I'd love to share what I've learned with you.
