Breakfast Stuffed Mushrooms

We love mushrooms over here. What's better than mushrooms and breakfast mixed together?! This meal is filling and loaded with utter deliciousness. Simple sweet and to the point. Also, a great idea for times that you have guests staying overnight and you need a quick easy breakfast meal.

Ingredients
  • 4 Portabello mushrooms 
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pound bacon 
  • ½ C. Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions

  1. Cover mushrooms in oil 
  2. Place in oven on roast for 5-7 min 
  3. While that is in the oven cook the ground sausage in a skillet 
  4. Mix in the eggs until fully cooked 
  5. Melt in the 4 oz of cream cheese 
  6. Remove from heat and add in the pre-cooked bacon 
  7. Remove mushrooms from the over 
  8. Fill each of the mushrooms up with the mixture 
  9. Add cheese to the top of each one 
  10. Place them back into the oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. 
  11. Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
