Buffalo Bacon Burger-bites

1 pound ground beef 80/20
3 oz cheese
1 pack bacon (about 12 slices)
Desired seasonings (buffalo & salt is what we used)
Cut cheese into 12 even squares.
Place ground beef in a bowl and add seasonings
Once all of the meat and seasoning has been well mixed, separate and roll the beef into 12 even-sized balls.
Wrap the ground beef ball around 1 of the cheese squats (make sure cheese is covered).
Then wrap that ball with bacon, poke with a toothpick and get it ready for the oven.
Place in oven for 30 min at 350 degrees.
If you enjoy your bacon a little crisper then place the oven on broil and cook for another 5 minutes
