Buffalo Bacon Burger-Bites

Getting ready to have guests over? This is a perfect, easy, nutrient-dense snack plate just for that! Everyone loves finger food and well most everyone olive burgers! What a perfect combo. We also love these for easy meal prep or kids on the go! 

Buffalo Bacon Burger-bites

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20
  • 3 oz cheese
  • 1 pack bacon (about 12 slices)
  • Desired seasonings (buffalo & salt is what we used)

  1. Cut cheese into 12 even squares.
  2. Place ground beef in a bowl and add seasonings
  3. Once all of the meat and seasoning has been well mixed, separate and roll the beef into 12 even-sized balls.
  4. Wrap the ground beef ball around 1 of the cheese squats (make sure cheese is covered).
  5. Then wrap that ball with bacon, poke with a toothpick and get it ready for the oven.
  6. Place in oven for 30 min at 350 degrees.
  7. If you enjoy your bacon a little crisper then place the oven on broil and cook for another 5 minutes
  8. Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
