Cheese Shell Tacos

This is one of our very favorite and most simple meals. I can't tell you how many people have asked us how we make our taco shells and what seasonings we use for our meat. So we decided to make it into a Keto Savage Kitchen recipe! Hope you guys enjoy it! Happy Taco Night!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20
  • 6  Provolone cheese slices
  • Seasonings (We use cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, and chili powder)
  • Toppings as desired (Salsa, lettuce, hot sauce, jalapenos, sour cream, etc)
Directions
  1. Place cheese on a sheet pan (with parchment paper) 6 cheese slices at a time.
  2. Season cheese if desired
  3. Place in the oven on low broil for 6-8 minutes or until perfectly crisp
  4. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat
  5. Add in seasonings to beef
  6. Pull the cheese from the oven and place each one over the side of a dish and allow to cool
  7. Add beef and toppings to the cheese shells and enjoy!
