Contest Prep Casserole

When you are deep in contest prep, eating maybe one meal a day, and looking for something nutrient-dense & delicious... We got you covered! This casserole hit the nail on the head. Nutrient-dense with the meats & eggs with an amazing mixture of flavors. This recipe is easy to manipulate if you need slightly more fat or maybe more protein or calories in general.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Ground Beef (80/20) 
  • 2 oz Liverwurst 
  • 4 Slices Bacon -3 Eggs (Large) 
  • 3 oz Cheese 
  • Season as desired. We used Redmond Real salt and black pepper.
Directions
  1. In a bowl add together the beef, liverwurst, and bacon (Bacon should be cut up) 
  2. Fold in the eggs next 
  3. Add half of the cheese to the mixture 
  4. Spray the baking dish with a clean cooking spray. 
  5. Pour mixture into baking dish. 
  6. Top with the remaining cheese 
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
