Forearm To Instep

The forearm to instep exercise is great for activating a full-body range of motion!

Technique:


Start on the floor in a lunge position

Place both hands on the ground inside of the foot that is placed forward

Place your forearm and elbow into the instep of the forward foot

Open the same arm upward and raise to the ceiling

Switch legs and repeat on the opposite side
