Ingredients
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 oz cheese
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 oz ground beef (80/20)
  • veggies of your choosing
  • seasonings you desire
Directions
  1. In a small/medium bowl scramble together the eggs and whisk in the heavy cream.
  2. Mix in the seasoning of your choice.
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients, cheese, desired veggies, and pre-cooked ground beef.
  4. Spray cooking spray into baking dish and ensure even coating.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
