Hollow Rocks

The hollow rock is an exercise that teaches you how to engage your core!

Technique:

Start laying down on the ground flat on your back

Start with your knees bent

Raise your arms above your head

Hold one leg upward and then bring the other leg up parallel with it

Keep your core tight and rock back and forth
