Hot Chocolate

Since we started keto we have been looking for the perfect recipe for hot chocolate. I think we did it this time, friends! Enjoy it warm during the fall days or let it cool down for chocolate milk, either way, it is perfect! Enjoy that little sweet treat without feeling guilty.

Ingredients
  • 5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Pieces 100% Bakers Chocolate
  • 1 Scoop Collagen (Optional)



  • 2 Scoops MCT Oil Powder (Optional)
  • 4 C. Milk (We use Maple Hill Organic Zero Sugar Milk)

  • ¼ C Heavy Cream
  • ⅓ C Water
Directions

  1. Warm the water in a pot
  2. Add in cocoa powder, baker's chocolate, MCT oil & Collagen until mixed well.
  3. Add in milk and heavy cream. 
  4. Stir consistently
  5. Allow to heat up but do not bring to a boil
  6. Pour into mugs and enjoy!
