IYT

The IYT is a great mobility exercise for improving scapula strength and improving posture!

Technique:

Place yourself in a bent-over position with your chest nearly parallel to the ground

Lift your arms above your head as high as possible as if to create an "I"

Perform 10-15 reps

Perform the same movement except with your arms raised at a 45 degree angle as if to create a "Y"

Perform 10-15 reps

Perform the same movement with your arms straight out to your sides as if to create a "T"

Perform 10-15 reps
