Mashed Cauliflower

We don't eat a ton of veggies but this is one recipe we truly enjoy! Mashed cauliflower goes well with just about every meal and we especially love making mashed cauliflower bowls. Super simple 3 ingredient recipe for you guys to enjoy!

  • 1 head cauliflower 
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese 
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • Seasonings (We use onion powder, garlic powder, Redmond seasoning salt, and pepper)
  1. Cut the leaves and stems off the cauliflower and cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces 
  2. Put the cauliflower in a pot of water, cover the cauliflower. 
  3. Cook just enough to soften the cauliflower (2-3 min once boiling) 
  4. Strain the cauliflower 
  5. Put 2 oz of cream cheese, ¼ C. Heavy cream and seasonings into the blender 
  6. Add the cauliflower on top 
  7. Blend 
  8. Add the remaining cream cheese, heavy cream, and seasonings 
  9. Blend more until desired consistency 
  10. Remove from the blender and enjoy!
