Meatballs

Meatballs, simple, easy, and to the point. These are a great option if you need some freezer meals, large gatherings or just a simple easy meal for the fam. We love these for a grab-and-go lunch option. They are great warm or also just out of the fridge. You can also mix them together with some Rao's tomato sauce and veggies for a complete meal. Easy as that, enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 C. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ C. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Diced Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • Desired seasonings
Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl together 
  2. Pour some oil into the pan & warm up the pan 
  3. Roll the meatballs into equal-sized balls and add them to the pan 
  4. Keep flipping the meatballs until all sides are browned or cooked to temp 
  5. Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
