Milk Makers

This is an interesting recipe for many but I made this out of my own necessity. When I was thinking about what I was going to eat while breastfeeding my new sweet baby I began thinking of different things such as these Milk Makers. They are tasty, sweet, calorie-dense, and packed with nutrients. I enjoy these a lot! I did forget to add in the Liver powder in the video but that is another thing I like to add-in.

  • 1 C. Macadamia nut butter
  • 1 Scoop greens powder
  • 2 Scoops protein powder
  • 30g Hemp hearts
  • 22g Chia seeds
  • 17g Flax meal
  • 1 Scoop collagen powder
  • 1 Tbsp MCT oil
  • 150g Keto Brick

  1. Mix together all ingredients except the Keto Brick 
  2. Melt the Keto Brick down in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time 
  3. Add in the Keto Brick Roll into desired-sized balls 
  4. Let them cool in the fridge or freezer and enjoy! 
  5.  Keep them stored in the fridge for freshness
