No-Oatmeal

Have you been craving a bit of a different texture? Maybe something like a hot cereal? Are you feeling constipated and need to get the pipes moving? We got you covered! This no-oatmeal has come in clutch for us several times. It is a little higher in carbs but the majority of it is coming from fiber. Have fun with your toppings and let us know what you think!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp of ground flax seeds
  • 2 Tbsp of hemp hearts
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • desired toppings
Directions
  1. In a small pot, bring your 1 cup of water to a simmer.
  2. Slowly pour in the chia seeds, flax, and hemp hearts while stirring continuously.
  3. Keep on the heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
  5. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
    1. *Mixture should continue to thicken as it cools.
