Organ Meat Burger

Talk about nutrient-dense! These burgers are not only packed with lots of nutrients but they are delicious. You would seriously never know there are organs in it. Crystal doesn't like organ meats at all but she would eat this daily! Huge shout out to our friend Danny Vega (Fatfueled.family) for this recipe!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz heart
  • 8 oz liver
  • 1 pound venison
  • 2 pounds bacon
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • desired seasonings
Directions
  1. Cut up all of your meat into chunks small enough to pass through the grinder.
  2. Run all cuts through a meat grinder and ensure consistent blend.
  3. Season the meat and get your hands dirty...the better the blend the better the burger!
  4. Pack the meat into patty portions, we went with an 8 oz patty size.
  5. If using an air fryer, set temp to 390 degrees and cook for 7-8 minutes per side.
  6. Add toppings and dig in!!!
