The Resources: This section is simply a list of products I personally have found useful in my fitness journey. While this isn't a consumable or a testing device, this book is certainly a resource! I use Audible to listen to this book on repeat whenever I am going through a competition prep or any other difficult time for that matter. The lessons in this book are life-changing and will make you a better person! That is a bold statement but it is 100% true. I need a place to store all the data I'm gathering, for that, I turn to Heads Up Health. This is a platform that syncs with all of your tracking devices AND syncs with your medical records. You can also create manual entries. I use this to track my weight, my ketones, my measurements, my blood work, EVERYTHING!

Unfortunately, most of the salad dressings and sauces you are going to find in the stores are filled with polyunsaturated fats. Most of which are coming from vegetable oil, soybean oil, or canola oil. While these are still fats, they are not ideal for keto and can actually lead to increased inflammation.
