Scorpion Stretch

The scorpion stretch is a stretching exercise that focuses on the upper body and into the hip flexors and upper leg.

Technique:

Start laying face down, flat on the floor

Stretch your arms out as if you were on a cross

Rotate the leg back and behind you in an opposite fashion:

Try and bring your right heel towards your left hand

The reverse is trying to bring your left heel towards your right hand

Try and keep your torso fairly flat on the ground and ensure that your arms and shoulders stay locked into the ground
