The Sots Press is a great way to build shoulder strength and manage mobility and balance overhead!
Start with a resistance band pulled tight with arms out to your sides
Raise your arms with the stretched band overhead
Lower arms so that the band is on your shoulders
Squat down into a deep squat
Stretch band tight and perform an overhead press for several repetitions
