Superman

The Superman exercise is great for managing and engaging the posterior chain!

Technique:

Start with your body flat on the ground face down

Try and keep your forehead on the floor

Extend your arms out in front of your head with your thumbs up in the air

Lift your arms and your legs into the air simultaneously
