Ingredients
  • 6-12 Large Eggs
  • ½ tsp Salt
Directions

  1. Place your eggs in a pot 
  2. Sprinkle the salt into the same pot 
  3. Fill the pot with cold water until it reaches 1.5-2 inches above eggs 
  4. Allow the water to fully come to a boil 
  5. Turn off the heat but keep the pot on the burner 
  6. Place a lid on the pot Let it sit for 8-12 minutes depending on how cooked you like your eggs 
  7. When this time has passed place the eggs directly in a bowl of iced water to cool 
  8. Leave in the bowl for 2-3 minutes 
  9. Peel and enjoy!
