Zero Carb Meat Pancake

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 4 oz ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup of cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil (we used beef tallow and duck fat)
  • 1 tbsp beef gelatin
  • desired seasonings
  1. Cook your 4 oz of ground beef and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the 2 tbsp of oil into the cooked ground beef and mix together.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients (eggs, cheese, and gelatin)
  4. Spray your cooking pan with quality oil and warm the surface.
  5. Pour mixture onto the pan and cook one side.
  6. Flip the "pancake" onto the other side and cook throughout.
  7. Both sides should be nice and crispy.
  8. Enjoy pure deliciousness!
