Brad Marshall on creating the “Croissant diet” and what it did for him!

Brad and I talk about some very interesting findings as it pertains to stearic acid, and what it does to the body. We talk about how eating chicken may not be the best option, and how eating locally grown food is always better than getting it at a store. We talk about the relationship between starch and fat and dive a bit into antioxidants.
