The Work Podcast Episode 54 - New Training Split

In this episode of The Work, Greg and I finally get back in the same room after a few weeks of travel, family time, seafood, beach trips, and training in some pretty solid gyms. We recap the trips, talk about staying on track while traveling, and dig into the reality of balancing family, business, animals, lifting, and all the moving pieces that come with trying to live intentionally.

Then we shift gears into training and map out a new four-day split we're calling No Junk Volume. The goal is to move away from the easy-button approach, increase intentional volume, push into the kind of discomfort that actually builds something, and give the body enough recovery to grow. Less ego lifting, more controlled reps, more blood flow, more purpose behind every set. It's going to suck in the best way possible.
