The Work Podcast Episode 61 - Fibermaxxing

This week Greg and I got into a little bit of everything, from storms knocking the power out to poison hemlock trying to take over the property. Somehow that turned into a conversation about toxins, common sense, and why nature does not always care if you know what you are doing.

We also went down the rabbit hole of looks maxing, fiber maxing, life maxing, and all the weird ways people try to shortcut the work. At the end of the day, you can fake a lot of things online, but you cannot fake discipline, consistency, or actually doing the hard stuff. We also touched on the sardine experiment, heavy metals, higher fat keto, training performance, and why sometimes more protein is not always better.

Greg Mahler is also a lifetime natural bodybuilder, and can be followed on Instagram
