In this episode, I speak with Aaron Duprey of A.D. Keto. Aaron is making waves with his YouTube channel and finding ways to add value to the keto community. It was interesting to listen to his motivation behind starting keto and how he is developing his brand. Aaron revealed many of the details behind his workflow. He has found a unique niche within the keto industry and he is pumping out great content to add value to that niche. I really admire what he is doing and his drive to grind out the process!
