In this episode, I speak with Brittany Holm of Ketotal Health and Wellness. Brittany started out pre-med and then decided to gravitate more towards the preventative side of health. She worked in the R&D department of a major supplement company and she gives us a "behind the scenes" glimpse of what that industry is like. We talk about running and how to implement a better running technique called Chi Running. We dive into dieting strategies and how to make your nutritional protocol more sustainable.
