"How do I make the first introductory video on YouTube? I'm at a complete loss. I know exactly what I want to do. That's help people through my trials and experiences. I want to meld nutrition (keto especially), fitness and my love for animals (teaching others on proper diet for animals, etc and making my own raw pet food) and spreading the word on this. I'm extremely passionate about this and could talk about it all day long. I'm so lost and not confident and out of my comfort zone. Seems like a simple thing to do, but time is a wasting!
