Marcus Aurelius Anderson on adversity and doing the work!

Marcus Aurelius Anderson Podcast Show Notes:

In this episode, I speak with repeat guest Marcus Aurelius Anderson!  Marcus is a successful TedX speaker, life coach, martial arts master, and all around awesome human being!  We dive into the mindset on this episode so buckle up.  We talk about adversity and how to leverage it as a strength.  We cover the importance of being responsible for every action you make and owning up to it.  We both feel discipline is one of the greatest contributing factors to success so we dove into that.  Marcus and I covered balance...Is it bullshit?  Is it attainable?  Is it even desirable?  We compare and contrast the concept of taking a measured approach to that of going all in with maximum effort.  We covered much more than just the mindset, we talked about how to actually apply it in your own life so that you can do the work.  I really really enjoyed the conversation, it's a mental reboot every time I talk with Marcus.  I hope you enjoy it as well!
