In this episode, I speak with Matthew Clemente on his incredible keto transformation!  Matt has lost over 200 pounds and has continued to improve his life on a day to day basis.  He dives into how he was able to break the mental and emotional cycle that could have easily led to him giving up on his health.  He talks about the difference between compromise and sacrifice and how to leverage that difference.  Matt shares how he has controlled his food habits and gives tips on how to make this lifestyle sustainable.  He has been a huge source of inspiration for myself and others and it was an awesome opportunity to talk with him and be fired about about life.  I hope you enjoy!
