In this episode, I speak with professional rugby athlete Paul Jordaan! Paul enlightened me on the sport of Rugby and goes into the details behind the training regiment; both during season and in the off-season. He tells about some of the injuries he's suffered and how he manages his time as a professional athlete. We dive into his nutritional protocol and how he transitioned to Keto and then to carnivore. Paul follows a higher fat approach to carnivore and has seen significant benefits in his recovery time and overall performance.
