From Twitter to Mitochondrial Function: A Conversation With Dr. Ted Naiman

It was a pleasure to welcome Dr. Ted Naiman back to the podcast on today's episode. A lot has changed since we first talked at the beginning of a global pandemic in 2020, so if you haven't had a chance to check out that episode, we highly recommend giving it a listen.

Dr. Ted Naiman is a force in the keto/paleo/low carb space and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is a board certified physician and his practice focuses on diet and exercise for optimal health. As always, I learned a lot from this conversation and I'm sure you will as well.
