Do you suffer from chronic health ailments? Jen Winkler controls her
epilepsy through a carnivore lifestyle and has transformed her health
through this way of eating. Her entire family follows a mainly
ketogenic approach to nutrition and they've never felt better.
Jen is a wife, mom, and a health and wellness coach based out of
Phoenix, Arizona. After suffering for many years with epilepsy,
insulin resistance, PMS and PCOS, she began to immerse herself in
hundreds of podcasts and books regarding nutrition and lifestyle.
Using real foods, healthy fats, and low carb, she was able to get off
of lots of medications, lower her insulin levels, balance her blood
sugar, lose 80 pounds, and rid herself of painful periods and PCOS
symptoms.
