"How would you approach cardio if you are trying to lean down but still keep it sustainable without having to continually add time and intensity due to the body becoming adapted. Same thing with weights. If unable to get more weights, how can you progress strength with limited weights/bands without doing 100s of reps due to adapting?" - Nikki
